Happy Daz Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead our team, sharpen leadership skills, and deliver a great guest experience every shift. You will work side-by-side with the General Manager to keep the restaurant running at its best and grow as a leader.

In this full-time salaried role, you will partner on scheduling, inventory, hiring, and onboarding while driving guest service and operational excellence across drive-thru and dine-in.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Open availability with a changing schedule
• Food safety knowledge or certification
• Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Aufgaben

• Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, inventory, ordering, cost control, hiring, and onboarding
• Share ownership of daily operations — guest service, drive-thru times, labor, and cost of goods
• Lead crew training and cross-training, coaching for consistency and retention
• Champion safety, sanitation, and food and beverage compliance throughout the restaurant
• Build genuine relationships with dine-in and drive-thru guests
• Hold the team accountable for attendance, prep, portioning, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest concerns using our GRACE service approach
• Coach and recognize crew members through regular feedback and evaluations
• Step in wherever needed across the restaurant, leading by example
