S sexy Fish Miami is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team in Miami, FL. This full-time role focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development.

You will oversee dining room service, staff training, labor management, and administrative tasks while maintaining our high standards, ensuring a premium guest experience.

Visa on-site role with evenings and weekends required; 4+ years in upscale hospitality; strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in upscale dining or hospitality.
• Proven leadership with focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including scheduling and inventory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct departmental logistics efficiency and adjust to achieve outcomes with GM approval.
• Assist in creating new offerings based on demand and guest feedback.
• Manage staff training and materials including service manuals.
• Oversee dining room service and floor presence during all meal periods.
• Communicate guest issues to staff and guide resolution.
• Support staff with tasks and resolve issues.
• Liaise with private dining contacts during events.
• Lead by example and build relationships with guests.
• Direct daily work activities of all staff and review performance.
• Mentor a hospitality-minded management team and uphold standards.
• Collaborate to maintain philosophy and values.
• Understand and enforce safety procedures.
• Monitor quality of food/beverages and grooming of service staff.
• Ensure accuracy of menus, wine list, and POS postings.
• Respond to guest requests/complaints in absence of GM.
• Engage with company emails professionally.
• Review POS reports and attend executive meetings.
