Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Omaha, NE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and guest experiences. You will work closely with the GM to grow revenue, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, high-performing service center.

The AGM will coach teammates, manage inventory, budgeting, and daily huddles, while upholding quality standards and company policies to deliver outstanding service and drive business results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of retail business and guest experience.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to drive sales and service results.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Guest-first mindset in daily operations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and maintenance manuals.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through guest count, core sales, and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates via internal training, providing ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and reporting with DM support.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a safe, presentable store.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs to improve performance.
• Perform opening/closing duties; support workforce planning.
