107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Hilton Head Island service center. You will work with the GM to grow guest visits, supervise automotive staff, and drive service and sales results with strong leadership and a guest-first mindset.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail management, superb communication, and the ability to mentor teammates while upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
