Gold's Gym is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Buckhead flagship to drive daily operations, member experience, and team development. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee membership sales, coaching, and on-floor execution to ensure a top-tier club standard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven track record in sales performance and team coordination; membership- or service-based environment preferred.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in management, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, best-in-class environment and lead the club to top-tier member experience.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling front-desk staff; coach on-floor performance.
