Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Managing Partner with team training and performance management.
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety compliance.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling.
• Drive growth initiatives in partnership with the Managing Partner.
