Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of assistant manager experience in a high-volume food service.
• Willing to work 50-55 hours per week, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass background screening and meet state/federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure a fun, family environment and deliver superior guest service.
