Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent and all documents required by state and federal law.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the General Manager, support daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee restaurant operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and train employees.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management; health and safety standards.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
