Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service concepts preferred.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts (weekends/holidays).
• Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Able to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules, interview/hire/train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
