Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations under GM supervision.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and health inspections.
