Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Willing to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent and ability to meet state/federal requirements.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
• Assist GM in managing promotions and performance.
