Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Recent restaurant or food service experience required.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience required.
• ServSafe certification preferred (additional compensation available for certified managers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Sense of urgency, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to crew members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and execution.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support cash handling and daily operational tasks.
• Create a positive and productive work environment.
• Help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Assist the General Manager with operational duties such as food ordering, inventory, scheduling, and weekly reporting.
• Help ensure smooth restaurant operations and execution of company standards when the General Manager is not present.
