Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Westlake, OH to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor crew members, and ensure top-tier guest service. You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, scheduling, and reporting while upholding Five Guys standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Recent restaurant or food service experience required.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience required.
• ServSafe certification preferred (additional compensation available for certified managers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Sense of urgency, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

• Assist the General Manager with operational duties such as food ordering, inventory, scheduling, and weekly reporting.
• Help ensure smooth restaurant operations and execution of company standards when the General Manager is not present.
