Five Guys is seeking a Shift Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee daily restaurant operations in the GM’s absence and ensure adherence to company standards across prep, delivery, maintenance and inventory. You'll lead the crew, drive customer service excellence, and play a key role in team development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards and promote from within.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive team environment.
