Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
• Comprehensive food knowledge; strong purchasing awareness.
• Financial experience and business acumen sought.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet.
