Bon Appétit Management Company in Savannah, GA is hiring a General Manager IV to lead the account and drive operating and financial results. This role requires strategic oversight, culinary and administrative leadership, and the ability to manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant management experience.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• General culinary knowledge of basic kitchen practices, protocols and procedures.
• Ability to follow all sector health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy to meet operating and financial goals.
• Lead the account ensuring objectives and client expectations are met.
• Oversee planning, budget analysis, and reporting for resource optimization.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation and safety.
• Coordinate with management for program planning, direction and control.
• Foster excellent relationships with employees, guests and the client.
