Job summary

Wingstop in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee opening/closing, scheduling, forecasting, labor analysis and inventory, while coaching staff and maintaining strong product knowledge across menus. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a commitment to growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Open availability including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to maintain a reliable schedule.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivates, coaches and develops team.
• Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store.
• Scheduling, forecasting, labor analysis.
• Food cost and inventory management.
• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed.
• Assists with employee training.
