Prospect Capital Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Wing Stop location in Eatontown, NJ. You will lead a fast‑paced team, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while handling store opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory control.

We value reliable scheduling, strong communication, and a commitment to growth. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in restaurant management, Serve Safe certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Open availability including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to maintain a reliable schedule.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivates, coaches and develops team

• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store
• Scheduling, forecasting, labor analysis
