You will manage hourly crew and administrative functions, implement Cheba Hut policies, coach and develop leaders, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience that reflects the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and drive results.
