Job summary

Wendy's in Scott, LA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will supervise a team, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM will mentor team members, handle financial controls, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve operational metrics, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts preferred.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts (weekends/holidays).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and revenue performance.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train, orientate team.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and staff development; foster team relations.
