Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays (50–55 hrs/wk).
• Consent to background screening and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and maintain team relations.
