Wendy's in New Orleans is seeking a career-minded Assistant General Manager who will coach and develop a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will model the Wendy's culture, support the GM, and ensure daily operations run smoothly with strong financial controls.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of AGM or equivalent supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and be willing to work 50–55 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service (preferred).
• Ability to work 50–55 hours per week with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; have all documents as required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management; uphold health and safety standards.
