Assistant General Managers lead our teams in providing our guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality. Assistant General Managers work with the General Manager to develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability in our restaurants, by maintaining a customer centric culture.

This role requires at least 2 years of management experience, the ability to work any shift, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a culture of respect and value for staff.
• Ensure adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes; drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, safety, and accuracy of cash handling and deposits.
