Job summary

Wendy's, Mason, OH, seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach the team. You will drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and quality standards.

As a member of the management team, you’ll train staff, manage schedules, control costs, and promote a fun, family-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement within the Wendy's leadership path.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations and staff performance.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and create staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
