Domino's Pizza in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to be the manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager. You’ll partner with the GM on recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and upholding brand standards while ensuring top-quality food and service.

You’ll lead a high-energy team, drive sales, maintain safety and cleanliness, and mentor staff. This role supports career growth within Domino's franchise operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with inventory control, labor costs and computers.
• Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Familiarity with Domino’s proprietary software systems (PULSE, PWR).
• Ability to work under stress and meet quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
