Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Wilmington, NC area location at 5621 Carolina Beach Rd. This Full-time role reports to the General Manager and is part of Store Operations. You will lead as manager-on-duty, support recruitment and training, uphold brand standards, and drive sales while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude
• Possess integrity and honesty
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
• Able to train and engage Team Members
• Pass background check and motor vehicle report
• Experience with inventory control and labor costs
• Ability to manage Team Member schedules
• Strong math and computer skills
• Good verbal, written, and phone communication
• Able to work under stress and meet quality standards
• Able to stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager
• Assist with recruitment, new Team Member training and scheduling
• Uphold brand standards and company policies
• Provide high quality product and service to customers
• Maximize sales and profit by achieving food and labor goals
• Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards
• Foster professional Team Member relationships
• Serve as store mentor and operations expert in store roles
• Build relationships with customers and community
• Handle cash, reconciliation and reporting
• Oversee inventory control and store operations
• Assist General Manager in marketing efforts
