Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Deale, MD location. This full-time role reports to the General Manager/Regional Operations Manager and oversees CSRs, Delivery Experts and Pizza Makers.

The position emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and customer service in a high-energy, fast-paced store. You will help recruit and train staff, manage schedules, ensure safety and cleanliness, drive sales, and support marketing efforts while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements and expectations: 18 years or older, reliable transportation and valid driver's license, attendance and punctuality, integrity and honesty, ability to train and engage Team Members, pass background and motor vehicle checks, inventory control and labor costs knowledge, ability to manage Team Member schedules, basic math and data entry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under stress and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager
• Assist with recruitment, training and scheduling of Team Members
• Uphold brand standards and company policies
• Provide high quality product and service to customers
• Maximize sales and profit by achieving food and labor goals
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Foster productive Team Member relationships and mentorship
• Build relationships with customers and community
• Handle cash, reconcile and report
