Qualifications

• Possess reliable transportation with driver’s license, registration and insurance.
• Ability to train and engage Team Members.
• Pass background investigation and motor vehicle report.
• Experience with inventory control and labor costs; computer skills.
• Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules.
• Proficient with basic math and keyboard input.
• Familiar with PULSE and PWR software.

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager.
• Partner with the General Manager to recruit, train and schedule Team Members.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster productive Team Member relations and mentorship.
• Build relationships with customers and community.
• Cash handling, reconciliation and reporting.
• Inventory control and management.
• Assist General Manager in marketing efforts.
