KBP Brands, the operator behind KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Overland Park to drive daily operations, coach teams, and maintain top-tier service and food quality. You will lead scheduling, training, and guest experience, while controlling labor and food costs to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
