Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise in Memphis. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running strong shifts, meeting Taco Bell standards, and guiding team members to deliver safe, high-quality food in a friendly environment.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and solid math and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Guide Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties and maintain inventory control.
• Uphold financial accountability and ensure safe, quality food is served.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment for team members and customers.
