KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurants in Ohio. You will lead and coach the team, ensuring superb guest experiences while overseeing daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC food quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
