Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a high-energy team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem‑solving, and a passion for building a winning store culture.

You will support the GM, manage team performance, and uphold brand standards while ensuring safety and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work legally in the U.S.
• Comfortable using computers and completing required forms.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example using J Team Service Standards during lube services.
• Ensure a positive guest experience and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take ownership of operations when the GM is away.
