Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for City Bird OTR in Cincinnati, OH. The role oversees restaurant operations, supports front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and drives service excellence.

You will hire, train, schedule, and develop team members while upholding Thunderdome’s high standards for safety, sanitation, and hospitality. This position reports to the General Manager and requires hands-on leadership and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to hire, train, schedule and develop team members while upholding high standards.
• Strong focus on safety, sanitation and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with leading the front of the house and the back of the house team.
• Hiring, training, scheduling and developing all team members and holding them accountable to our highest standards.
• Execution of taste plate to ensure the highest quality of food product at all times.
• Monitor and ensure proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards.
• Implementation and management of all Thunderdome Restaurant Groups standards and expectations.
• Ensures exceptional service to our guests at all times.
