• Valid driver's license in good standing; access to private transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant under General Manager guidance.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations and performance; ensure food handling and safety standards.
