Qualifications

• Must have SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations for training and tasks.
• Ability to build a team with strong interpersonal skills and provide leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
