Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.

• Experience in inventory control and cost management.
• Ability to create and manage staff schedules.
• Strong math skills and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Assist with recruitment, training and scheduling of Team Members.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and labor efficiency to meet goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Build relationships with customers and community.
• Cash handling, reconciliation and reporting.
• Inventory control and coordination with General Manager.
