Job summary

KBP Bells, part of KBP Brands, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its Taco Bell restaurants. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to deliver outstanding guest service while upholding brand standards.

In this role you’ll oversee daily operations, manage labor and food costs, ensure safety and cleanliness, and resolve issues quickly to create memorable dining experiences. Compensation reflects experience and location, with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach the team to maintain a productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling and policy compliance.
• Maintain Taco Bell standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness to provide a safe guest and team environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
