Job summary

KBP Bells, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Taco Bell team in Colorado Springs. You will lead daily operations, train and coach a team, and ensure guest satisfaction with high standards for quality and cleanliness.

Joining provides growth path to GM, access to benefits and a bonus program; must be 18+, have 1+ year GM experience, and be able to close two nights weekly; physical duties include lifting and standing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

What You’ll Do As An Assistant General Manager

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.31 per hour - $18.31 per hour.
