KBP Bells, part of KBP Brands, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell team and oversee daily restaurant operations. You will coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates bring1+ year in food-service management, a focus on profitability, and a passion for teamwork. This full-time role offers training and opportunities for growth within the KBP network.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk through shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain Taco Bell standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
