Job summary

Oak & Stone is hiring an AGM to support the General Manager in daily operations and to foster a team-first culture. You will ensure service runs smoothly, guests are delighted, and the team is empowered to succeed.

With 2–4 years in restaurant supervision, you’ll lead front-of-house, maintain standards, and collaborate with kitchen leadership to deliver exceptional hospitality and efficiency at Oak & Stone.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience.
• Leadership style grounded in communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
• Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and compliance.
• Calm, adaptable approach to fast-paced, team-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to manage daily front-of-house and overall operations.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and a welcoming environment.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor front-of-house staff.
• Support scheduling, labor oversight, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company protocol.
• Resolve guest concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to uphold food quality and process flow.
• Represent Oak & Stone at community events and local initiatives.
