You will collaborate across departments, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards while fostering a safe, cooperative team culture at a premier Austin property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory hotel operations experience.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt.
• Knowledge of financial statements and budgeting including staffing guidelines.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service as measured by guest satisfaction.
• Ability to develop or implement policies, procedures and systems to improve operations.
• Experience with property safety programs including training, reporting and incentives.
• Demonstrates initiative, perseverance and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest service, security and maintenance activities.
• Maximize ADR and occupancy while maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate communications between Sales and Operating departments.
• Coach and train department supervisors to improve performance.
• Understand and apply financial statements and budgets; oversee staffing guidelines.
• Control department head schedules and expenses; implement cost-saving strategies.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and systems to improve operations.
• Manage safety program including training, reporting, and incentives.
