Prime Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Noblesville, IN to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor staff. You will oversee open/close routines, coach teams, and ensure top service as part of a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of leadership and management experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Knowledge of cars and detailing skills is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn about car wash equipment operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash facility.
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the wash location.
• Coach and mentor employees to enhance wash quality.
• Engage with customers to build and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all roles including sales and management.
• Manage wash equipment operations and ordering of wash chemicals and supplies.
• Operate POS systems and related computer programs.
