Proper Cannabis seeks an Assistant General Manager for our Kirkwood, MO dispensary. You will assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support profitability while delivering exceptional patient care.

The role oversees Patient Care Specialists, manages schedules, inventory, audits, and safety protocols, and promotes vendor/product knowledge. Requires MO cannabis knowledge, 21+, a Missouri Agent ID, and retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Missouri cannabis laws and local regulations.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license with clean MV report.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail management and cannabis retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily dispensary operations and policy execution.
• Oversee patient care, staff scheduling, and team performance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and financial/audit reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state/local regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain vendor knowledge and customer relations; mentor budtenders.
