Proper is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its Crestwood, MO dispensary. The role supports daily operations, regulatory compliance, and profitability while serving patients with care.

This position is open to our internal employees. Please note that prior leadership and retail experience is required.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary in compliance with state and local rules and regulations, as well as the overall profitability of the dispensary. This position handles the needs of all patients, and also develops and manages a team of Patient Care Specialists with a passion for medical cannabis. This position is responsible for upholding Proper Cannabis’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Assists the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the dispensary location. This work may include but is not limited to:

This position requires the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, and stand, and carry and lift up to 30 lbs. The work environment is an environmentally controlled retail store. This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
