Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager by making key decisions and problem solving.
• Plan staffing needs, shift scheduling, and people development.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members; motivate and celebrate the team.
• Manage team performance to meet bakery-cafe goals and guest service standards.
• Partner with GM to develop managers and Panera’s Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Ensure guest delight through food quality and service excellence.
