This full-time role requires energetic leadership and a hands-on approach to daily operations. You will mentor technicians and customer service associates, manage opening/closing duties, and help with budgeting and forecasting to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
