Jiffy Lube – Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) in San Antonio, TX is hiring an Assistant General Manager to drive store operations, boost performance, and ensure every guest leaves happy in a fast‑paced setting. You’ll open/close the store, manage cash and POS, oversee inventory, recruit and coach team members, lead by example with our service standards, and uphold safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
