Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction in our Stone Mountain, GA location.

You'll work closely with the General Manager, oversee staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory, while upholding safety and brand standards. If you excel at coaching and delivering results in a fast-paced environment, apply today.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and professional.
• Proven leadership & team development skills.
• Dedicated to safety.
• Growth‑oriented with a willingness to train and learn.
• Strong multitasking ability in a busy, fast-moving environment.
