Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager to drive daily operations, boost sales, and mentor a hands‑on team dedicated to guest satisfaction. As AGM, you’ll open/close, coach staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and uphold J Team Service Standards while delivering quality lube services and a safe, welcoming store culture.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, 1 year of retail management, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments.
