Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager ( AGM ) to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will open/close the store, manage cash and equipment, and coach team members in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong math skills, and comfort using computers and POS systems. This on‑site role requires a valid license and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures.
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Creating a positive guest experience and resolving concerns with professionalism.

• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
